As a first post I wanted to show a short film on the inspiration behind the Nike Air Max 87 & its pioneering designer Tinker Hatfield. The launch of Nike Air Max 87 or Air Max 1 proved pivotal in the shift in sneaker design in the late 80s & the direction Nike design took there after. The Air Max 1 is as relevant today as it was back then capturing the imagination of many a sneaker head.
